California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California, and have been counseling individuals and families for 24 years. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from John F. Kennedy University. I am a member of The California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT), and am a Certified Marriage and Family Supervisor.
I developed and directed treatment programs at the Iris Center in San Francisco, New Connections in Concord, and developed, coordinated and supervised a collaborative counseling program with the City of Walnut Creek, the Walnut Creek School District, and Turning Point Counseling Center.
I co-founded Pleasant Hill Therapy Offices in Pleasant Hill, California where practitioners of the healing arts work individually in a quiet and supportive environment. I see both individuals and families for personal counseling.
I was inspired to become a therapist after my own experiences with the powerful and life-changing benefits of personal therapy. I love being able to offer others the transformative experience that counseling can provide.
